Search products and add up to 500 offers with Add Products listing feature

Our updated Add Products tool enables you to efficiently add offers to existing products listed on Cross-border e-commerce’s store. Previously, the tool only allowed you to search for one product at a time using different identifiers like its name, UPC, EAN, ISBN or ASIN. But now, you have the ability to search for multiple items simultaneously using the following options:

Add Products option allows you to search for up to 20 products concurrently, where you can add information like the price and quantity, and submit all your offers at once in Seller Central.

Add Products via Upload is another alternative which enables you to look for up to 500 products at the same time and generates an excel template that already has some information filled out. All you need to do is include the missing details like price and quantity, and you can quickly list your offers using bulk uploads.

This enhancement is part of our ongoing efforts to provide a more efficient and user-friendly listing experience. If you want more information on how to search for existing products and add offers in bulk, please visit the ‘Upload inventory using the Listing Loader’ section. For general information on how to add a product, refer to ‘Product detail pages and offers.

Update: Credit for FBA low-inventory-level fees incurred during April 2024

As announced in December 2023, the FBA low-inventory-level fee will go into effect on April 1, 2024. This fee applies to products with consistently low levels of inventory relative to their unit sales, which is also referred to as your historical days of supply. Maintaining sufficient inventory levels allows Cross-border e-commerce to effectively distribute products across our fulfillment network, which improves shipping speeds for customers and helps drive more sales for you.

We have heard feedback from a number of sellers that they are still uncertain what the exact effect of this fee will be on their business. To help you better see how this affects your business in real time, we will provide a transition period during the month of April.

We will still charge the FBA low-inventory-level fees incurred between April 1 and April 30, but after the end of the month, we will credit your account for all low-inventory-level fees charged during this period. Our goal is for you to see the end-to-end experience, and understand how this may affect your business so you can further update your inventory management to maintain sufficient inventory levels, drive greater sales, and avoid the fee in the future.

Improve customer satisfaction with new Voice of the Customer features

We have launched two new features on the Voice of the Customer dashboard: Suggested Actions and Key Phrases.

The Voice of the Customer dashboard highlights products that require more attention by categorizing products into “bad” and “very bad” health ratings. The new features provide specific suggestions on how to improve listings and how to receive more customer feedback.

Suggested Actions has been expanded from existing options (including editing the listing and deleting inventory) to now include:

Seller education content that can help you understand and tackle product condition, expiration and general product quality issues.

Information on Cross-border e-commerce’s preparation guide, suggesting product preparation to reduce mishandling of products.

Size chart tool to update size chart information and reduce customer complaints regarding fit.

Product Lifecycle Support to allow customers to learn more about your product through videos and live support, helping to reduce returns.

Key Phrases extends customer feedback from merely reviews to include feedback from customer service sessions, buyer-seller messages, seller feedback, and Cross-border e-commerce Marketplace claims.
